Laura
Laura’s classes weave yoga, dance, and movement exploration into a practice that feels both intensive and playful. Rooted in breath, form, and intention, she encourages what she calls an “elective experience” — more than just yoga or a workout, each session is a stream of conscious decisions to move with beauty and devotion, precision and refinement.
With a background in fitness education, studio leadership, and coaching, Laura blends technical expertise with a gift for connection. In her room, structure meets soul, and every practice becomes an invitation to rise.
As co-founder of Rise Room NYC and a lifelong mover, Laura has been teaching since 2012.

Cristina
Cristina is a multi-passionate Pilates instructor, creative, and early-childhood educator who has been practicing Pilates since 2013. Drawn to its ability to connect to the body more deeply through precision and curiosity, she approaches each class as a movement lab—a space for exploration, experimentation, sensation and play, prioritizing how it feels over how it looks. Part science, part art, Cristina blends precision with creativity to help each individual build strength and connect with their body from the inside out. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her behind a camera, taking up a new sport, out in the sun, or diving into a new book or creative pursuit.

Mackenzie
With over eight years of group fitness experience, Mackenzie brings a dynamic blend of Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, and HIIT to the mat. Her background in dance and music shapes a teaching style where technique comes first, strength follows naturally, and joy is woven through every sequence. Mackenzie’s philosophy is simple: knowledge is power. She equips her students with memorable cues, repeatable prompts, and energetic flows they’ll want to return to again and again.
When she’s not in the studio, Mackenzie is an avid runner and weightlifter, and can often be found singing and acting on stage, birdwatching, or enjoying time with her husband and cat.

Darly
Darly is a certified Pilates and Yoga Sculpt instructor known for her energizing heated classes that connect mind, heart, and body, all while breaking a sweat with purpose. She’s passionate about helping every student feel strong, grounded, and inspired, both on and off the mat. Expect powerful flows, intentional movement, and just the right dose of play. On her best days, you might catch her singing (off key) while you sculpt, set to a soundtrack of hip-hop, R&B, and early 2000s favorites.

Emma
Emma (RYT 500) is a dedicated yoga instructor who found her practice in college as a gentle way to soothe anxiety, and uncovered a lifelong love in the process. She completed her 500-hour training at Abhaya Yoga and has since devoted herself to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and invited.
Whether on the mat or in her work as a special education teacher, Emma is passionate about making yoga accessible to all. Her classes balance steady challenge with softness, encouraging students to honor their bodies, calm their minds, and come home to themselves, one breath at a time.

Tayllor
Certified through Power Pilates, with over 12 years of practice, Tayllor teaches with a style that’s precise, playful, and deeply intentional. She blends Mat Pilates, mobility, and functional training to create accessible classes where every student feels strong, capable, and inspired. Known for her detail-oriented approach, Tayllor has a gift for helping clients activate muscles they didn’t even know they had, leaving each session feeling limber, energized, and renewed.
A Southern California native and natural explorer, Tayllor brings sunny, curious energy both in and out of the studio. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her modeling, traveling, wandering city streets, or savoring a good cup of tea. In all that she does, she’s passionate about helping others not just to move better, but to live better, too.
