Is Rise Room walk-in friendly?
No. All classes are by appointment only.
Online booking closes 60 minutes prior to class start time.If you are within that window, please call the studio directly. If space allows, we’re happy to accommodate you.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins.
Doors close at the scheduled start time. Late entry is not permitted.
What happens if a class is full?
You may join the waitlist.
If a space becomes available, you will be automatically added and notified.

What if I’m running late?
Doors close at the scheduled class start time. Late entry is not permitted in order to protect the flow of class and the experience for all clients.

What class should beginners take?
Start with any warm or foundational class. Our instructors provide clear guidance, modifications, and hands-on support to help you move confidently at your own pace.
What should I wear?
Form-fitting athletic wear that allows full range of movement.
Grip socks are recommended, bare feet is acceptable.
What is infrared heat?
Our heated classes use infrared technology, which warms the body directly rather than heating the air.
Warm classes: 86–88°F
Hot classes: 92–94°F
Infrared heat supports circulation, flexibility, muscle recovery, and a deeper sweat.
How hot does the room feel compared to traditional hot yoga?
Infrared heat feels more comfortable and breathable than traditional hot yoga because it warms the body directly rather than overheating the air.
Should I eat before class?
A light meal or snack 1–2 hours before class is recommended. Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand and arrive well hydrated.
Do I need to bring a mat or towel?
No.
Mats, props, and towels are provided and prepared prior to your arrival.
Do you have showers?
We do not offer showers.
We provide a designated changing space with a vanity, sink, towels, and curated body products for freshening up.
Do you offer memberships or class packs?
Yes. We offer drop-in classes, class packs, introductory offers, and monthly unlimited memberships designed to support every stage of your practice.

Do class credits expire?
Yes. Class credits are valid for a limited time after purchase. Drop-in classes and 5-class packs expire 30 days from purchase. 10-class packs expire 60 days from purchase. Introductory offers and unlimited promotions follow their listed timeframes and cannot be extended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before start time.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in a forfeited class credit. A no-show fee applies to members and class card holders.
Health & Heat Considerations
If you are pregnant, heat-sensitive, or managing a medical condition, consult your physician prior to attending heated classes.
Do you host private events?
Yes.
Private class buy-outs are available for birthdays, corporate gatherings, and celebrations.
