New to yoga or returning after a break? Ease is the perfect place to begin. This slow and steady Vinyasa-style class introduces the essentials: breath, alignment, balance, and foundational flow. You’ll move through accessible sequences that build strength, flexibility, and confidence at a supportive pace. 

Expect clear instruction, a calm atmosphere, and space to reconnect with your body - one breath at a time.

This class offers a gentle challenge: basic shapes, mindful holds, and breath-led transitions that invite you to slow down, focus, and feel fully at home in your body. 

It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing it well. Expect grounded postures, clear cues, and the space to build strength, balance, and calm from the inside out.

DEEP

Welcome to Deep, where silence speaks and your nervous system exhales. This deep stretch experience blends Yin yoga shapes with Restorative holds to gently unwind the fascia, soothe the body, and calm the mind. Postures are supported and held for several minutes, creating space in the joints and subtle shifts in the spirit. 

This class is an invitation to surrender, soften, and listen to what your body has been waiting to say and release. 

Intensity: Basic to Intermediate

FORM

This is your go-to for strength, control, and core power. Form is a mat Pilates class focused on building abdominal strength, improving posture, and toning the full body with clean, intentional movement. Expect low-impact, yet highly effective exercises designed to activate your core, lift your glutes, and elongate your muscles from the inside out. 

No fluff - just form, fire, and functional strength.
